The downtown is situated at the intersection of Lansdowne Avenue and Baltimore Pike and features combined traffic counts over 32,000 VPD and strong foot traffic from the surrounding neighborhoods.
This community is strategically located less than 20 minutes to Philadelphia by train. SEPTA’s Media/Elwyn commuter rail stops in Lansdowne. The borough is also less than 20 minutes from the Philadelphia airport and the Main Line.

These owners tracked and evaluated their customer base and determined that Lansdowne’s customers come from the 3 market areas. More than 50% of their customers come from the Lansdowne area (slightly beyond the municipal limits). About 20% come from the Springfield/Aldan area and an equal number, about 20%, from the University City area. The balance of customers (less than 10%) comes from other communities, such as Media and Swarthmore.
